I started to workout again and my whole body just seems tight.
I've thought about hot yoga to gain some mobility but I know nothing about yoga.
What has yoga done for you? Did it help with any aches and pains? I love to sweat. I enjoying being out in the heat so I figured I would try "hot yoga".
