Can You Get Aroused Via A Mental Thought?

Hi All,

I suffer from ED and currently talking to my urologist and counsellor around this (it's a massive topic, so lots to work out). One thing I am wondering is, can you guys get sexually aroused just by thinking about something sexually satisfying? I used to be able to (including an erection) but this has weakened somewhat now.
