Any other guys have penile scrotal webbing??

So I recently went to see my urologist about my concern with my downward curve of my penis. At first I thought it could be Peyronie's Disease, but there was no hard plaque found anywhere under my shaft(as was concurred with the Doc as well). He said I had quite a case of PSW which was responsible for keeping a ton of extra skin around my scrotum and weighing down my penis and making the curve appear very prominent when erect(as well as making it look smaller in all cases of PSW).
