Human body design and sexuality

Before I talk about sexuality i'd like to talk about some of the sexual acts that are possible by "design".
By using the word design, I don't want to get into any religion/science argument but it seems to be the best word to use to describe the way things are positioned and dimensioned.
So here is a list of sexual possibilities for each sex.
