Big flaccid

I'm curious how big large flaccidity grow to. I'm 6.5inch soft and 7.5inch hard but just about every woman I've been with has always commented on my size if she's seen me soft first. That's bloody huge or something!!
If I had a normal growth ability as a smaller soft dick I could be about 9/10!!
