Is the usa a racist country? yea or nay?

i'm not stupid enough to believe the news stories reflect reality everywhere. but then seems there are more issues in USA compared to other countries. And no, the Web and smartphones exist everywhere.....so this excuse can logically apply everywhere else.

but then is it really more (or less) racist than other countries?
