Overcoming limitations

I feel the need to ask this question the more I hear about the phenomenon.

To be prefect blunt and upfront, if someone in an emotionally invested relationship has a lover with a penis that's too small too adequately or consistently meet their sexual needs, should or should they not work with their lover to find alternative solutions?

I mean to say that I've heard quite a few of the unendowed rightly complain of lovers who have vented their frustration with their lack of endowment or,...
