I've been wanting to do this with some ladies, but I've never had the nerve to bring it up.

I'm just curious, how should I bring it up to a woman that I want to use a penis pump before/during lovemaking. How do I gauge if I should bring it up at all, without scaring a lady off? what are the opinions of other women on this site?
