Sam’s father had never been the timid sort.
He was tall and very intimidating. For as long as Sam could remember, he’d always been this size and this way. Bolt had not changed the last few years. Whether Sam was 3, 6, 9, 12 or 18, his father was always a solid mountain of muscles. No facial lines.
