Heading to gym in a few minutes and will spend some time after workout in the sauna. At the gyms I go to (various locations of national chain) it varies what guys wear into the sauna-gym clothes, shorts, underwear, a towel, etc. So my question, what do you wear in the sauna at the gym? What about most others at your gym?
