So mnay guys these day would like to look and feel better. What is your diet? A lot of folks I have met think it is how many times a week you work that makes your body fit and lean, which is a bit of a shame cos it is really your diet! What are your views/your diet? I don't eat dairy, meat (as it's recycled plant protein),eggs...lots of veggies, some fruit,nuts, seeds, plus carbs..I wont eat anything processed (frozen, fried, cooked)...
